933bat Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 933bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 933bat platform at https://933bat.club and any associated domains or mobile interfaces operated by the same entity.

By accessing the 933bat platform in any capacity — including browsing without registration — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are registering an account, your completion of the registration process constitutes express acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

933bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 933bat, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 933bat platform is strictly for adults. Players under 18 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or syndicate.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 933bat, nor a close family member of any such person.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active account on the 933bat platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 933bat employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same player will be closed and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited. Withdrawals of funds from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 933bat will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 933bat support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

933bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts that do not complete verification within the timeframe specified by the support team may have deposit, withdrawal, or wagering functionality restricted until verification is complete.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

933bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 933bat does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers from unverified sources, or payment methods not listed above.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 933bat does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account subjected to review. Deposits are credited to your 933bat wallet upon confirmation from the payment channel, which typically occurs within minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, 933bat may require the completion of identity verification as described in Section 2.5. Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts where active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding. 933bat reserves the right to conduct additional due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed unusual in size or pattern relative to the player's account history, which may extend processing times.

3.4 Failed and Disputed Transactions

If a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, you should contact the 933bat support team via live chat, providing the transaction reference number issued by the payment channel. 933bat will investigate the matter and respond within 24 hours of receiving sufficient transaction details. Chargebacks initiated through Visa or Mastercard without first contacting 933bat support are considered a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

933bat offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of the promotion. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). A 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted single bet or wager is ৳500, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically from the account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly permits it.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

933bat reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the promotion; placing low-risk or systematically hedged wagers designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

5. Gameplay & Betting Rules

5.1 Game Availability

933bat offers a range of products including RNG slot games, live casino tables, sports betting markets (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), and proprietary titles including Dragon Gate and Dragon Master. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice due to provider licensing conditions, technical maintenance, or regulatory requirements.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market on the 933bat platform operates within defined minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface before a wager is placed. These limits may vary by game type, player account status, and ongoing promotions. 933bat reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its sole discretion.

5.3 Finality of Results

All game outcomes on 933bat are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for RNG games, and by live studio or event results for live casino and sports betting products. Once a round, spin, hand, or sporting event has concluded and the result has been recorded by the platform, that result is final and binding. 933bat will not reverse settled game outcomes except in cases where a provable technical error has materially affected the result and is reported to support within 24 hours of the affected session.

5.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by 933bat in the following circumstances: a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the platform's designated settlement window, or abandoned before a result can be determined; a live casino session is interrupted by a technical failure on the provider's infrastructure; or a bet was placed at odds or stakes that resulted from a manifest pricing or system error. In all voided-bet scenarios, the original stake is returned to the player's wallet in full.

5.5 Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the tools available in their account settings. Details of all available responsible gaming tools are set out in the 933bat Responsible Gaming policy.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 933bat platform you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit, or withdrawal process.
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt any part of the platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, security certificates, or third-party integrations.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engage in money laundering, including using the platform to deposit funds obtained through illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collude with other players or coordinate betting strategies in a manner designed to gain an unfair financial advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploit software vulnerabilities, display errors, or miscalculated odds to place bets that you reasonably know to reflect a technical error rather than the platform's intended pricing.
• Share, sell, transfer, or allow access to your 933bat account by any third party.
• Harass, threaten, or use abusive language toward 933bat support staff or other users of the platform.

Violations of any of the obligations listed above are material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 933bat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, any outstanding eligible balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within five business days. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by 933bat

933bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct linked to the account.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player identity.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal requirement compelling the Operator to restrict or terminate the account.
• Extended inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be designated as inactive and subjected to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳100, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

7.3 Balances Upon Forced Closure

Where an account is closed by 933bat due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting, any remaining balance in the account is subject to review. 933bat reserves the right to withhold balances that are reasonably believed to have been accumulated through prohibited conduct pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a balance is withheld, the player will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide evidence in support of their position within 14 calendar days.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

933bat endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party provider outages, and factors outside the Operator's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions, force majeure events, and telecommunications infrastructure failures within Bangladesh — may cause temporary unavailability. 933bat will not be liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of platform unavailability caused by such factors.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While 933bat takes reasonable care to ensure that all odds, game information, promotional terms, and platform content are accurate at the time of publication, errors may occur. 933bat reserves the right to correct manifest errors and will not be bound by any bet placed or bonus claimed on the basis of a clearly erroneous display. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will be considered in breach of Section 6 of these Terms.

8.3 Consequential Losses

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 933bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings or profits; loss of data; damage to device or software; or any other intangible loss. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days immediately preceding the claim.

8.4 Player Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 933bat platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 933bat makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific location outside of its primary target market. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any legal consequences arising from that access.

8.5 Governing Language and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 933bat platform, you agree to contact the support team in the first instance and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for the Operator to investigate and respond before pursuing any other form of dispute resolution. 933bat aims to resolve all player complaints fairly, promptly, and in accordance with the principles set out in these Terms.
